We just went through the process of buying our first home and I cannot stress enough how essential, professional, caring, and frankly indispensable Dalia was throughout. Buying a home was more intensive and stressful than we could have imagined but she guided us through it with understanding and tremendous perspective, and she’s also just extremely thoughtful and fun to be around. She’ll be our forever realtor, we cannot recommend enough having her on your team.

We used her services to both buy and sell homes in the Central Park neighborhood of Denver. Over the course of a few homes she helped us identify the perfect home for our family, setting up at least a dozen tours, and then when we found what we were looking for she helped us put together an offer that was fair but conservative. After skillfully navigating a negotiation with the sellers, we ended up having our offer accepted. When it came to selling our house, the experience with Dalia was incredible. She gave expert opinions on how to set up the house for going on the market quickly, helped us get the house staged the house in a way that increased market value substantially, and then got our house sold for well over asking in less than 3 days on the market. We ended up selling our house for about $400/sf and buying our new house for $300/sf, both in the same neighborhood. Dalia is an exceptional realtor and I will be recommending her to everyone I know in the area.

I am a first time home buyer and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor experience. Dalia started going on house tours with me months before I was even ready to purchase a home. From day one she showed extensive knowledge of everything about the home search. Knowing that I had never purchased a home before, when I was ready to take the first real step, she spent hours walking me through every step of the home-buying process. After that point, any time I had a question or needed help, she was there via text, email, call, or coming out to the property. You can trust that she will give sound, informed advice while always honoring her client’s best interests and final decisions. In the end, she helped me purchase a first home that is an excellent fit for me!

Dalia has helped us purchase multiple properties over the years and has always done an exceptional job. Her knowledge, responsiveness, and passion have ensured that each of our transactions goes smoothly. She consistently goes above and beyond to answer all our questions and ensures our offers are both competitive and fair.

We purchased a house in February 2024 with the help of Dalia, and I’m not exaggerating when I say that we couldn’t have gone through the process without her! She was extremely knowledgeable of every step in the home buying process, which was a huge asset for my husband and me as first time home buyers. During the home search she was willing to rearrange her personal plans to make it to showings at all hours of the day. She helped us negotiate a great deal in a tough housing market and I couldn’t recommend working with Dalia more!

If you want to buy a home, sure, you can just google "real estate agents near me". BUT....if you want to buy a home in a crazy time full of cash offers, above asking price bids, and fast closing times then you need to call Dalia! Her knowledge of the market, ability to put together a great deal, and her amazing connections all come together to be able to beat out those cash offers, target that top price, and close on homes in just 2 weeks! She got us under contract not once but TWICE in less than a month for highly competitive properties. I don't know how often I'll be in the market for a house, but I can guarantee the next time I am I will be giving Dalia a call and you should too!”
